About
INFIFORCE (ELU.AI) was founded in Hangzhou in August 2023. Founder Bai Huiyuan is a former Alibaba Group vice president (over 15 years at the company), co-founder Liu Yang was also among Alibaba's youngest VPs, and CTO Wang Yizhou came from NVIDIA. The company focuses on the embodied brain AtomBrain, building a 'one brain, many bodies, many scenarios' strategy around Ego native data, DataGrid full-stack AI infrastructure and causal world models. Products include the FORCE smart fully-automatic charging robot (commercialized, with over RMB 250M in total orders and 300 units delivered by end-2025), Xiaoyuanzi, the world's first 'mind-native' small bipedal robot (95 cm tall, 20 kg), the AstroDroid AD-01 wheeled humanoid and the UltraDroid multi-form general robot. In 2025 it won over RMB 500M in commercial orders, including a RMB 260M strategic partnership with Shihua Tourism that set a global record for a single embodied intelligence commercial order; Bai Huiyuan proposed the 'causal world model' to define the second half of embodied intelligence and was the only Chinese entrepreneur on a core CES 2026 panel. In August 2026 it closed nearly RMB 1B across Series A and A+ (led by 敦鸿资产 and a top state platform), with valuation expected at the RMB 10B level.
Technical Approach
Uses the 'causal world model' to define the second half of embodied intelligence: letting robots understand causality in the physical world and solving AI's 'hallucination' problem in physical reality. It insists on 'one brain, many bodies, many scenarios' — robot capability is not locked into a single body, task or scenario, and can be reused and transferred as data, models and real experience accumulate. It takes a first-person-view Ego native data route, evolving from 'big data' to 'small data, strong logic', fitting robots with a 'System 2' (slow thinking, causal reasoning).
Commercialization(6)
- FORCE charging robot orders total over RMB 250M, deployed in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and other cities, with 300 units delivered at scale by end-2025
- Won over RMB 500M in commercial orders in 2025, including the RMB 260M strategic agreement with Shihua Tourism that set a global record for a single embodied intelligence commercial order (Oct 2025)
- Driving validation and commercialization in over 30 cities and 100+ real scenarios nationwide, covering commercial services, warehousing and logistics, and industrial manufacturing
- Co-founder Liu Yang said 2026 revenue is expected to pass RMB 100M (Feb 2026)
- Won over 30 awards in 2025, including MIIT's 'AI +' TOP 50 cases, Forbes China AI Influencers, and Fortune China's Best Design list
- Published 5 top-conference papers in 2025 (including 'A Survey of Behavior Foundation Model' in IEEE TPAMI) and open-sourced the RoboTidy benchmark plus an 8,000+ expert demonstration dataset
Position & Strengths(5)
- An Alibaba-lineage executive team: founder Bai Huiyuan and co-founder Liu Yang were both among Alibaba's youngest VPs and ran hundred-billion-RMB businesses
- Dual positioning as 'pick-and-shovel seller' and 'brain': entering commercialization via charging robots while extending toward the embodied brain, consumer bipeds and full-size humanoids (AstroDroid)
- Causal world model theory: in 2026, year one of world models (over 25 related financings in China totaling over RMB 2.2B), it is one of capital's main bets, and this near-RMB 1B round is among the largest
- The only Chinese entrepreneur on a CES 2026 core panel: covered by 700+ overseas media, reaching nearly 200 million people worldwide
- Real-scenario landing capability: 30+ cities, 100+ scenarios and RMB 500M in orders validate the 'data flywheel' commercial loop
