About
Neolix was founded in Beijing in 2018, positioning itself as an OEM of autonomous driving vehicles for logistics. It focuses on the large-scale deployment of L4 autonomous driving in logistics scenarios and was the first company globally to put mapless L4 autonomous driving into scaled operation. Its products span three cargo-volume tiers of unmanned delivery vehicles - X3/X6/X12 - using a streamlined suite of just 13 sensors (1 LiDAR + 12 cameras) that costs 40-50% less than competitors. In September 2025 the 10,000th vehicle rolled off the line, forming the world's first 10,000-unit-scale L4 delivery fleet; by CES 2026 cumulative deployments exceeded 16,000 vehicles, and in February 2026 cumulative L4 mileage surpassed 100 million kilometers (a global first). Its clients include SF Express, JD Logistics, China Post, the STO/YTO/ZTO/Yunda express groups, J&T Express, and other leading express groups, with operations across 17 countries and 300+ cities and over 1.5 million cumulative RaaS deliveries. In October 2025 it closed over $600M in Series D funding (one of the largest private financings in China's autonomous driving sector); in February 2026 Tencent and DiDi took stakes; Caixin expects the company to reach full profitability in 2026.
Technical Approach
Since 2021 it has pursued a vision-based end-to-end foundation model route to mapless L4 (perception-heavy and map-light, saving over 90% of HD map spending and enabling near-zero-cycle deployment); a dual-engine architecture of fleet-wide intelligent dispatch plus mapless L4 autonomous driving, operating an intelligent transport capacity network that schedules millions of orders in real time under a RaaS model; in 2026 it is extending into loading/unloading and material handling as it fully pivots to embodied AI.
Commercialization(5)
- Over 16,000 L4 vehicles cumulatively deployed (announced at CES 2026); built the world's largest single-city unmanned fleet in Qingdao (1,000+ vehicles)
- Cumulative L4 mileage exceeded 100 million km (Feb 2026, a global first); RaaS has delivered 1.5M+ trips with over 40M km of service mileage; peak daily orders in Qingdao exceeded 6,500
- Operations across 17 countries and 300+ cities; full coverage of leading express groups including SF Express, JD Logistics, China Post, STO/YTO/ZTO/Yunda, and J&T Express
- RaaS urban delivery: a market worth over RMB 3 trillion; Qingdao RaaS customers extend into building materials, factories, fresh food, supermarkets, pharmaceuticals, and more; full-scale operations from Q2 2026, expected to cover 50 Chinese cities within the year
- Overseas expansion: RaaS pilots in the UAE, South Korea, Singapore, Portugal, and other countries from end-2025; received the UAE's first RoboVan license and aims to make the UAE the second country after China for large-scale RoboVan deployment
