About
Zerith was founded in Hefei in January 2025, jointly incubated by Tsinghua University and the Jianghuai Advanced Technology Collaborative Innovation Center; founders Min Yuheng and Cheng Yi are post-2000s members of Tsinghua's AI & Robot lab, and the team exceeds 100 people. It is China's first robot company to achieve ultra-long-horizon multi-task continuous operation in dedicated scenarios, attacking hotels, restaurants and other commercial services first, exploiting three properties — rigid task boundaries, controllable environmental disturbance and controllable data diversity — to iterate quickly, moving from 'single-point breakthrough' toward 'mesh capability transfer'. In May 2025 it released the Zerith-V0 manipulation foundation model and the Zerith-H1 arm-on-wheel humanoid; in June it launched the industry's first full-modal full-chain data solution; it built its own mass-production manufacturing system, delivering the ZERITH-H1 from July 2025 and reaching 100 units per month in December, with orders breaking RMB 100M in early 2026. It has landed in 20+ commercial landmarks including Hefei Xinqiao Airport and the MixC OLE supermarket, with four rounds from Angel to the latest (Baohe Venture Capital, Cowin Capital, Runze Group, etc.), targeting robot per-unit usage cost at 60% of human labor within three years.
Technical Approach
With a dedicated-scenario embodied manipulation foundation model at the core, it exploits the three properties of commercial service scenarios — rigid task boundaries, controllable environmental disturbance and controllable data diversity — for data-driven rapid iteration in niche scenarios, moving from 'single-point breakthrough' to 'mesh capability transfer'. Uses 4D spatiotemporal data augmentation to improve model generalization. Its full-modal data foundation addresses the embodied industry's four pain points: 'missing modalities, cumbersome processes, complex management, and high barriers to training-inference-deployment'.
